Refunds and Returns

At The Tough One we want to make sure you're stoked with your order. Therefore, if you're not fully satisfied with your order or you have received the wrong item or the product is faulty, you may issue a request for a return or exchange following our policies below.
  1. Refunds/exchanges need to be made within 30 days of receiving the package.
  2. All items need to be returned in the condition in which they were received, brand new, unused and inside their original packaging.
  3. We are happy to exchange the piece for a different style, as long as the price differences are paid for.
  4. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
  5. We recommend purchasing the desired exchange piece to avoid the stock selling out while we are waiting for the exchange piece to come back. We can then issue you a refund when we receive the original piece.
  6. If the item has arrived damaged we must be notified within hours of the package being received.
  7. The return form must be included in the return package.

Once items are received and approved by us, a refund will be issued for the returned items. If you wish to make an exchange then we will issue a refund and you may re-purchase your favorable product.

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.


If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

If the wrong address is entered and the item must be sent back and resent this costs us around 10$ USD and need to be covered by the customer. ❤️
